I'm actually kind of blown away by @routinehq. It's refreshing to finally see some innovation in the daily planner app category. There's a ton of potential here. Task management is time management.

Routine combines tasks, calendar management, and documentation in a UI that enables optimal week-to-week planning. My favorite feature is the dashboard, where I can quickly capture things that otherwise would fall through the cracks.

I really love the daily planning feature of Routine. It is a reminder to think about my day and plan it out rather than let it happen to me. As a product person, I see that the UX is clean and well thought out. I appreciate the attention to the little details that make this great.

I used to hop between multiple apps to track my todos and calendar invites for the day which reduces my productive time by quite a fair amount. With Routine I could have it all in one place without getting out of the flow.

Routine is great for organisation! I use it every day and I can't imagine my life without it. My favourite feature is the keyboard shortcut which lets you add tasks without having to switch apps. I use Routine to plan the week ahead using the calendar and I jot down my brainstorms using Notes.

CTRL + Space and you have that Idea, task or event instantly in your system! Later you organise all of it into your week.
