How it works

1. Join the program

You don't need to be a Routine user to join the affiliate program. Simply fill out the application > to get your unique affiliate link.

2. Promote Routine

Promote Routine to your audience through various channels: blog, social media, mailing list etc. Whenever someone clicks your link, they will then have 60 days to sign up in order for you to receive a commission.

3. Earn rewards

For every new Professional and Business upgrade, you will earn 40% of all payments for the first 12 months, with no limits. You will be provided with a dashboard to track your referrals and commissions.

What is the Routine Affiliate Program and how can I apply?

The affiliate program is a way for influencers, bloggers, writers, community leaders, entrepreneurs and others to spread the word about Routine and earn financial rewards. Apply by submitting your application. We will review your submission and come back to you after a few days.

What qualifies as a successful conversion?

Any visitor coming from your affiliate link who subsequently signs up to a Professional or Business plan within the next 60 days.

How long does the cookie last?

Visitors coming from your affiliate link are tracked for 60 days. If any of those visitors sign up and upgrade to a Professional or Business plan, you will be entitled to the related commission.

How can I create, track, and promote my affiliate link?

You will be provided with a dashboard to create and track your campaigns and affiliate links. Once you receive your personalized affiliate link, we recommend that you promote it on your blog, social profile, website, videos, etc (the more places the better). We recommend that whenever you promote Routine that you clearly state that you have a financially compensated relationship with Routine.

What is the payout schedule?

Affiliates are being paid monthly around the 15th of the month.

What if a user adds additional seats to their workspace after signing up?

Any additional seat being bought will be consider an additional transaction. As long as the customer signed up within a year, a reward will be generated for each new transaction.

What if a user downgrades, cancels or is refunded?

If a user downgrades to a free plan, cancels her subscription or is refunded a payment within the first 2 months, we may claw back the reward or deduct the amount from future commissions.

Can I refer myself?

Self-referrals are not allowed, under any circumstances. The spirit of the program is to reward you for referring other people. This is not a way to get a discount on your own account.
